We are a young organisation that values and encourages consistent learning and training. We launched Udemy for Business (an online learning
platform) in September 2021 to make training available to staff anytime, anywhere.
In 2022, more than 630 learning hours were spent at Grit.
We have a vibrant intern program and collaborate with local youth employment organizations to provide young people the opportunity to gain work experience in a dynamic environment. We also provide training to graduates with the possibility of employment post qualification.
External training is also provided, and all staff undergo health and safety training including 3 hours of first aid and 3 hours of firefighting training biannually.
