Establish need, desirability and viability of undertaking a property development and secure appropriate land and rights.
Establish client requirements and preferences, assess user needs and
options, appointment of consultants, project brief including project
objectives, priorities, constraints, assumptions, aspirations and strategies.
Prepare and finalise project concept in accordance with the brief, including
scope, scale, character, form, function and preliminary programme and
viability of the project.
Develop approved concept to finalise design, outline specifications, cost
plan, financial viability and programme for the project.
Prepare construction and procurement documentation, confirm and
implement procurement strategies and procedures for effective and timeous
execution of the project.
Manage, administer and monitor contracts and processes, including
preparation and co-ordination of procedures and documentation to facilitate
practical completion of works.
Fulfil and complete the project close-out including the preparation of the
necessary documentation to facilitate effective completion, handover and
operation of the project.
