The award-winning 90-unit diplomatic apartment and town home community development was completed in 2022 by GREA as part of a co-development with US based Verdant Ventures.

The turnkey development optimises natural resources including light and airflow. An estimated 1,100 direct and 500 indirect job opportunities were created during the construction phase.
