On 18 February 2020, Bronwyn Corbett (CEO of Grit Real Estate Group) and Leon van de Moortele (CFO) hosted a presentation for the business community of Mauritius on the Company’s results for the six months ended 31 December 2019. Bronwyn highlighted the rapid expansion of our business, which now consists of over $US860m worth of income producing assets and a dividend of $USD5.25 CPS. This is the 12th dividend to be declared, but to date, we have paid out 11 consecutive dividends.

With a deep understanding of the African real estate market, Grit focuses on attracting multinational tenants to various African geographies across multiple asset classes and produces sustainable hard currency income (94% of rental income is in USD, Euro or pegged currencies). The Company is on track to deliver 12% total return for the full financial year and has an exciting pipeline of potential acquisitions in Ghana, Mauritius, Morocco and Kenya.
