Pumi has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate development. Over the last four years, she has further expanded her experience across the continent, delivering on retail, offices, hospitality, industrial and data centre projects.

She graduated with a BSc. (Honours) in Construction Management in 2006 from University of Pretoria (South Africa), completed her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2014 through Henley Business School and is currently completing her final year of a Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance through the University of Reading.

In 2022 she was recognized as Top100 Corporate Leader in the industry by South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) and completed a Real Estate Board Masterclass Series through the collaboration of Business Engage, 30% Club and Women’s Property Network (WPN).
