Bevan heads up Diplomatic Holdings Africa (DH Africa), London-listed Grit Real Estate Income Group’s diplomatic and corporate accommodation platform.

His journey into real estate began at EY’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) after he completed his chartered accountant articles in South Africa. During his tenure, Bevan gained diverse experience across real estate sectors and earned his CFA Charter. 

Following TAS, Bevan transitioned to a JSE-listed REIT, before accepting the position of

Investment Principle at RH Managers. Later, he served as Investment Manager at one of South Africa’s largest commercial office REITs, overseeing the company’s UK investment strategy, including divestment post-Brexit. 

Bevan’s career reflects a commitment to strategic real estate management and financial expertise in navigating global market dynamics.
