Located in one of Africa’s most important cities, Casablanca, Morocco, this mall was designed by Architect Sir Norman Foster and developed in 2013 by Inveravante. It forms part of a mixed use complex, including offices, luxurious residential apartments, a Four Seasons hotel and the Pestana hotel suites.

The shopping center is situated in the prestigious area of Anfa in Casablanca and was acquired in July 2014 and is anchored by Carrefour, International Retail Morocco (Terranova, New Yorker, Monsoon, US Polo, La vie en Rose, Charles & Keith, Clarck’s, Coffee Place, Pedro), Alpha 55 and Marks & Spencer. The mall offers a number of international brands spanning across three levels and street level trading.

AnfaPlace Mall comprises two storeys of retail space, and offers two levels of basement parking, comprising of 584 dedicated parking bays in level -1 for the Shopping Centre only, and 564 parking bays in level -2, shared with the rest of the complex.

Anchor tenants include Label Vie (Carrefour & Virgin Mega Store), Alshaya (H&M, American Eagle, Payless Shoes and Starbucks), Alhokair (New Yorker, Terranova, Clarks, US Polo and Monsoon/Accessorize), Marks & Spencer, LC Waikiki, Marwa and Orchestra and Go Sport. The Food Court is anchored by McDonalds, KFC and Burger King.

Acquired on 25 July 2014, an extensive study to reposition the shopping centre as a family and lifestyle destination for a wider range of shoppers and families was conducted in 2016.

Refurbishments, tenant optimization and the introduction of a remodeled food court and catering options commenced mid-2017.

In August 2019, we launched the newly revamped mall with the goal of providing an unparalleled shopping experience in the heart of Casablanca.
