Grit at a Glance

Grit Real Estate Income Group (“Grit” or “the Company”) is a leading pan-African real estate company focused on investing in and actively managing a diversified portfolio of assets in carefully selected African countries (excluding South Africa).

Grit has its primary listing on the standard segment of London Stock Exchange main market (LSE: GR1T), and a secondary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius official market (SEM: DEL.N0000). To improve liquidity, save costs, and allow access to cheaper equity and debt finance, the Company consolidated its capital market exposure by de-listing from the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 29 July 2020, migrating shareholders to either the LSE or SEM.

Grit’s high-quality assets are underpinned by predominantly US$ and Euro denominated long-term leases with a wide range of blue-chip multi-national tenant covenants across a diverse range of robust property sectors including corporate offices, retail shopping centres, hospitality assets, logistics and distribution warehouses and corporate accommodation.

The Company is committed to delivering strong and sustainable income for shareholders, with the potential for income and capital growth.

We ignite the furnace of growth in Africa. By pioneering and collaborating to construct bridges that unlock opportunities across inaccessible African territories to generate sustainable returns for generations to come, for all stakeholders including the people of Africa.
