If you are a dynamic Accountant where attention to detail is your strength, our Property team needs you to assist with centralising and consolidating the Property financial reports.
Job responsibilities include, maintaining records of assets and preparing monthly management accounts – including variance reports and yearly financial accounts, assisting with debtors & creditors management and participating in the budget process.
If you have an eye for detail and enjoy finance and administration, then this role is for you! We are looking for someone who is able to draft, review and identify anomalies in lease agreements and assist with general administration in the asset management division.
The lease administrator also acts as property management’s financial coordinator between finance and property managers to ensure that fiduciary responsibilities regarding all assets are met or exceeded.
Are you a strong administrator with a good understanding of finance, who enjoys being organised and is able to multitask? Combining these competencies, you will:
- Ensure accurate recording of data and processing thereof in the system
- Preparation of tenant billings, managing collection from debtors and issuing receipts.
- Collation and accurate processing of property management information into reports
